HDBS致力保護與私人資料有關的個人私隱。因此，本公司確保本公司有關收集、使用、保有、轉移及查閱個人資料的政策及慣例符合香港特別行政區「香港」法律個人資料（私隱）條例（第486章）的規定。

收集資料

閣下可能需要提供閣下的個人識別資料，包括但不限於閣下的姓名、性別、年齡、身份證明文件號碼、電話號碼、傳真號碼、住址、電子郵件地址、受教育程度、職業、家庭收入、興趣及喜愛的活動，等等。我們有必要收集閣下之資料，以便向閣下提供本網站之服務「服務」。閣下沒有責任提供所需數據或資料，但倘若閣下未能提供所需數據或資料，閣下將不能享用我們網站上之若干服務。
使用資料

本文中所使用的詞彙「個人資料」，指上述就提供本網站之服務所收集的個人識別資料。「和黃集團」所指的是Whampoa Limited、其附屬公司、控股公司、聯屬公司或關連公司及其直接或間接擁有利益或與其合作或合共經營之公司，或其各自之繼承人及承讓人。「星展集團」所指的是星展銀行(香港)有限公司、其附屬公司、控股公司、聯屬公司或關連公司及其直接或間接擁有利益或與其合作或合共經營之公司，或其各自之繼承人及承讓人。

我們所收集之資料將用作以下用途：
1. 核實身份及記錄，並保持聯絡名單以作通訊；
2. 提供服務；
3. 監控本網站之運作及協助本網站之未來發展；

11. 一切與上述有聯繫、有附帶性及有關的用途。
閣下一經向本公司提供閣下的個人資料，閣下可能會不時從本公司、和黃集團、星展集團及/或經選定的業務夥伴收到電話、短訊、電子郵件及載有促銷材料的直接郵件。和黃集團及星展集團均按其資料政策管理個人資料之存取及使用。和黃集團之資料政策可於集團旗下之公司網站取得而星展集團之資料政策可於www.dbs.com/hk取得。
Cookies之使用

此外，閣下之個人資料將被存取、披露或轉交至和黃集團及星展集團內的任何公司，並可將此等個人資料載入一個或多個由本公司或和黃集團或星展集團持有之資料庫，以作為上文所述目的，進行市場研究、信用評估、由本公司、和黃集團及/或星展集團推廣任何商品及/或服務及用於將個人資料與閣下提供予本公司、和黃集團及/或星展集團的其他資料進行對比的程序及用於閣下與我們同意的目的或法律不時要求的其他目的。和黃集團及星展集團均按其資料政策管理個人資料之存取及使用。和黃集團之資料政策可於集團旗下之公司網站取得而星展集團之資料政策可於www.dbs.com/hk取得。

上述團體之營業地點可能設於香港以外地區，閣下之個人資料將會因此轉移到香港以外地區，閣下一旦登記為用戶或登入網站，即表示同意讓我們將閣下之個人資料轉移到香港以外地區之該等人士。此等第三者乃遵從其本身之私隱慣例及政策，我們對其如何使用閣下之個人資料並無控制權。故此，我們對他們使用閣下之個人資料概不負責。

查閱及更正資料

按照及根據條例，閣下有權：
所有涉及查閱或更正個人資料之要求，請透過郵寄至香港鰂魚涌華蘭路18號港島東中心8樓聯絡本公司資料保護主任。
本公司可能會就不時進行的每次成功有效查閱向閣下收取合理費用。然而，倘查閱為作出真實及合理更正所必須，則該等費用將予免除。
安全

一旦我們取得用戶個人資料，即會存入我們之系統內，只有授權及己受適當訓練之職員才獲准存取該等個人資料，我們將竭盡所能，確保用戶之私隱獲得妥善保障。然而，鑑於互聯網之性質，我們不能擔保可以做到「完全保障」。請參閱本公司的安全聲明以瞭解有關本公司所採取的安全措施，來確保任何透過本公司網站所收集之個人識別資料之安全，及免受第三方干擾。

請留意，本資料政策可隨時作出修訂，而作出修訂的有關通知將於修訂實施當日在本網站之主頁內刊登。一切修訂將不具備可追溯效力。

如本資料政策之中英文版本有任何歧異及抵觸，一概以英文版本為準。

Data Policy

HDBS is committed to safeguarding the privacy of individuals with respect to personal data. We therefore make sure that our policies and practices in relation to the collection, use, retention, transfer and access of personal data comply with the requirements of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Chapter 486) under the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (“HKSAR”).

Collection of Information

You may be asked to provide some personally identifiable information including but not limited to, your name, gender, age, identity document number, telephone number, fax number, home address, email address, education level, occupation, household income, interests and favourite activities, etc. It is necessary for us to collect your information in order to provide you with the services offered on this Website (the “Services”). You are not obliged to supply the data or information requested but if you fail to do so, you will not be able to enjoy certain Services available on the Website.
Use of Information

All references to “Personal Data” contained herein are to the personally identifiable information collected for the purpose of the provision of the Services offered on this Website as mentioned above. The term “Hutchison Group” used herein refer to Whampoa Limited, its subsidiaries, holding company, affiliated companies or related companies and any company in which the same has a direct or indirect interest or with which it is in joint venture or co-operation or their respective successors and assigns. The term “DBS Group” used herein refer to DBS Bank (Hong Kong) Limited, its subsidiaries, holding company, affiliated companies or related companies and any company in which the same has a direct or indirect interest or with which it is in joint venture or co-operation or their respective successors and assigns.

The information we collected will be used for the following purposes:
1. identity verification and records and maintaining contact lists for correspondence;
2. provision of the Services;
3. monitoring the use of this Website and helping its further development;
4. compiling aggregate statistics about our Users and analyzing site usage;
5. marketing of goods and/or services supplied by us, the Hutchison Group, the DBS Group, and/or selected business partners and delivering information to you in which we believe you may have interested;
6. processing of any benefits to you arising out of or in connection with the Services;
7. enabling us to comply with our obligations to interconnect or other industry practices;
8. meeting the requirements to make disclosure to the supervisory or regulatory authority, police or court of law under the requirements of any law, regulation or court order;

10. processing of any payment instructions, direct debit facilities and/or credit facilities requested by you; and
11. all other incidental and associated purposes relating to any of the above.
If you have once given us your Personal Data, you may receive from us, the Hutchison Group and/or the DBS Group, from time to time, telephone calls, SMS, email, and direct mailings containing promotional materials. Hutchison Group and DBS Group have their own Data Policy to govern the use and access of Personal Data. Data Policy of DBS Group is available at www.dbs.com.hk.
Use of Cookies

Your visiting of our Websites may trigger our use of cookies. Cookies used (if any) in any part of our Website will not be deployed for collecting personally identifiable information. If cookies are deployed for collecting personally identifiable information in the future, we will make separate notices accordingly. For your information, Cookies are small computer files that can be stored in web surfers' computers for the purposes of obtaining configuration information and analyzing web surfers' viewing habits. They can save you from registering again when re-visiting a Website and are commonly used to track your preferences in relation to the subject matter of the Website. Retention of the Information

So long as you are still a registered User or member of our Website, we will retain your Personal Data. Your Personal Data will be retained as long as reasonably required for the above purposes or as required by applicable law or 1 year after the closure of this Website. Your Personal Data is also retained to satisfy any applicable statutory or contractual obligations.
Disclosure and Transfer of Information

Normally, apart from the parties mentioned in Clause 2 above, we may share your Personal Data with, or disclose and/or transfer your Personal Data to our agents, contractors, any telecommunications operators, any third party service provider, any third party collection agencies, any credit reference agencies, any security agencies, any credit providers, banks, financial institutions, our professional advisers and any other persons under a duty of confidentiality to us and any of our actual or proposed assignees or transferees of our rights with respect to you, to use, disclose, hold, process, retain or transfer your Personal Data for the purposes mentioned above.

In addition, your Personal Data will be accessed by, disclosed or transferred to any company within the Hutchison Group and the DBS Group and will be included in one or more database held by us or the Hutchison Group or the DBS Group for the purposes mentioned above, to carry out market research, credit assessments, marketing of any goods and/or services by us, the Hutchison Group and/or the DBS Group and for the performance of procedures for comparing Personal Data with other information supplied by you to us, the Hutchison Group and/or the DBS Group and for other purposes as shall be agreed between you and us or required by law from time to time. Hutchison Group and DBS Group have their own Data Policy to govern the use and access of Personal Data. Data Policy of the Hutchison Group is available at the respective websites of the group companies while Data Policy of DBS Group is available at www.dbs.com/hk.

As the parties mentioned above may have places of business outside the HKSAR, your Personal Data may be transferred out of the HKSAR. By registration or logging-in our Website, you agree to us transferring your Personal Data to these parties outside the HKSAR. These parties adhere to their own privacy customs and policies and we have no control over their use of your Personal Data. Therefore, we are not liable to their use of your Personal Data.
Access to and Correction of Information

Under and in accordance with the Ordinance, you have the right to:
1. check whether we hold any of your Personal Data;
2. access your Personal Data held by us;
3. require us to correct any Personal Data which is inaccurate;
4. ascertain our policies and practices (from time to time) in relation to Personal Data and the types of Personal Data held by us.
All requests for access to or correction of Personal Data should be in writing and addressed to The Data Protection Officer of HDBS via 8/F, One Island East, 18 Westlands Road, Island East, Hong Kong.

We may charge you a reasonable fee for each successful access from time to time, however, such fee will be waived if the access is necessary to make a genuine and reasonable correction.
Security

Once we have obtained your Personal Data, it will be maintained in our systems to which only authorized staff, who have been properly trained, will be permitted to access. We shall make our best endeavours to ensure that the privacy of Users is properly protected. However, given the nature of the Internet, we cannot guarantee that there is “perfect security”. Please refer to our Security Statement for details on the steps that we have taken to ensure that any personally identifiable information collected via our Websites is safe and secure from third party interference.

Please note that the Data Policy may be amended from time to time. Notices regarding amendments will be posted as our home-page to inform to of the effective dates of the amendments. Amendments will not have retrospective effect.

If there is any inconsistency or conflict between the English and Chinese versions of these Data Policy, the English version shall prevail.
